A Green Lantern (Alan Scott) and Wildcat (Ted Grant) redesign submitted to Project Rooftop.
Ted Grant and Alan Scott are two very different heroes. Wildcat feels more like a fighter than a real hero; he even wears his boxer outfit over his wildcat costume which is nothing more than a second skin so he can do what he does best: fight.
Green Lantern is his very opposite. He feels like a super-hero and it's happy this way. He is very confident, brave and responsible. For his costume, I've removed any red of it but I've maintained this purple jacket because I think it was elegant and also an homage to his traditional cape. The outfit without the cape is similar but the traditional red is now green and the traditional green is now black, making more important the "Green" part of this Green Lantern.
One note about the character that is not important for the design: Alan is supposed to be one of the Guardian's Green Lantern Corps.
